You have the opportunity to apply for accommodation in a student hall of residence of the Hochschul-Sozialwerk Wuppertal for the duration of the congress.
Costs for the intire period all-inclusive: 240,- €.
Move-in is only possible on the 5th or 6th of September from 07:00-15:00 o’clock (GMT+2)
Move-out is only possible on the 11th of September from 07:00-15:00 o’clock (GMT+2)

There are only 50 rooms available.
We assign the rooms according to the order of applications.
These are apartments and rooms in 2-person shared flats.
In shared flats, each person has his/her own lockable room. Bathroom and kitchen are shared.
The allocation of rooms is random, but only same-sex.
Unfortunately, changes are not possible.

You apply for a room with the following equipment:
Room with table, wardrobe, bed, mattress, sheets, bed linen.
Kitchen with crockery, bathroom with shower and WC
(more detailed information can be found below)
Room: Bed, wardrobe, shelf, desk and desk chair.
Kitchen: Refrigerator and hotplates (no oven); Crockery (cups, glasses, pots, colander, kettle, cutlery, hand brush, dustpan, broom and rubbish bin).
Bathroom: Shower, WC and washbasin
Bedding: Duvet, pillow, sheets, duvet cover and pillowcase.
