Many students are looking for accommodation at the start of the semester, including many international students.
We cannot offer everyone a reasonably priced room in a student hall of residence. We are therefore always looking for open-minded landlords who are prepared to act as ‘hosts’ for students.
We would be delighted if you would post your flat offer on our website.
Here are a few tips:
a) Please request a maximum of two basic rents as a deposit
b) Please only enter the number of rooms and square metres as a numerical value - letters are not accepted.
c) Please always enter all € amounts (rent, ancillary costs, deposit amount) with two decimal places.
Your (free) offer will remain on our website for 3 months. If you have already found a tenant before then, please inform Mrs Rappenecker (tel. 0202 - 430 404 60, wohnen[at]hsw.uni-wuppertal.de) so that she can delete your offer. Otherwise it will be removed automatically after 3 months.
