Situated next to the Unihalle and some 5–10 minutes' walk from the university, this architecturally outstanding complex consists of five modern buildings providing 50 three-room apartments, 47 double apartments and 4 single apartments. The rooms are as a rule unfurnished apart from the fitted kitchen unit, table and chairs. Each apartment has parquet floors and separate shower/WC – three-room apartments have 2 WCs. A direct optical fibre link to the University Computer Center provides a faster service than conventional telephone lines at no additional cost. Cable TV is also provided.
